Delivery or Free Delivery selected will only be applicable for ONE(1) delivery attempt. Should a redelivery be scheduled, the cost of redelivery will be $6 and charged to the customer. We seek all customers to choose a date and time slot that he or she will be able to attend to their order that they have placed.
Standard delivery(1-3days) will be charged at $6 for most orders within 10kg maximum order weight. Should there be an increase in delivery charge for standard delivery due to excess weight or size, isShoe Pte. Ltd. will contact the customer to confirm before proceeding to ensure that the customer knows that they will be charged extra if necessary.
Free delivery(2-5days) on qualifying orders is only applicable to purchases that are made in a single payment, to only one delivery address otherwise stated or permitted by isShoe Pte. Ltd.
Free postage(2-5days) will be handled by Singpost Singapore upon posting it out. Customers are to bear any losses or damages caused by free postage otherwise, standard delivery will be the preferred option that we will be able to track. We only provide free postage for our Repulse Hydrophobic Spray. isShoe Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any lost packages.
In the situation whereby a single order or payment requires delivery to different dates/locations/timings due to special requests additional delivery or admin charges will apply at the discretion of IsShoe Pte. Ltd.
For backorders, we will not be able to ship your available items seperately as we will have to ensure that the stock is in before we are able to carry out any processing of your order. Alternatively, if you strongly wish to collect the available parts of your order before the delivery date, you may do so by dropping by our office warehouse.
Free delivery on qualifying orders is only applicable within Singapore mainland. An additional $8 charge may occur if the delivery timing selected be between 5PM-10PM. Additional delivery charges may be incurred should the deliveries be chosen to occur outside of our normal delivery zones. An additional surcharge of $30 on top of the delivery charges already incurred will be applicable for deliveries to selected locations(if arranged). The list of locations will be:

In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time-slot due to reasons such as lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified the soonest possible. IsShoe Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the delivery timings or to substitute the original item to a similar product of higher or equal value should such circumstances arise.
To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must be accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area. If the delivery crew is unable to deliver the furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) we will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. If the process is deemed hazardous and the delivery is deemed unfeasible, (e.g furniture or infrastructure prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), IsShoe Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the delivery however you will still be charged for the delivery as the manpower hours has already been performed to try to carry out your delivery. A full refund for the price of the products in the order will be processed and the refund should reach you within 2 weeks.
Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, our delivery personnel will contact the recipient/customer to collect from the ground level or else additional charges per item will be as follow: First non lift-accessible storey free of charge (e.g. staircase delivery from ground floor to level two is free) + $10 per item transported to a subsequent non lift-accessible storey (i.e. staircase delivery of a wardrobe and a kettle to the 4th non-lift accessible storey (e.g. Level 5 of a shophouse etc) will cost an additional $48 [(1 X 2 X 0) + (3 X 2 X $8) = $48].
Delivery Dates and Timing
The delivery time frame that you select online is only tentative. You will be informed of the estimated delivery time frame the day before the scheduled delivery if we are unable to keep to your preferred time frame. Should you not receive any phone calls from us, it defines that your delivery will be as per normal to your schedule. You will be contacted before delivery by the delivery team to confirm your presence at the delivery location and to notify you of our impending arrival.
It is required for customers to be present during the stipulated delivery time to avoid holding up the delivery team from their deliveries to other customers. We seek your understanding when it comes to delivery timings.
IsShoe Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we endeavour to adhere to scheduled delivery timings and warrant to act within our means to notify you the soonest possible of any delays or difficulties, you acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold IsShoe Pte. Ltd. liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extent permitted by Law.
We seek your understand that late deliveries may occur due to traffic conditions, vehicle conditions or being held up by a customer before your delivery.
Disposal Of Old Furniture
IsShoe Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse disposal of any old furnitures or belongings when requested by our customers as our delivery team is only responsible for delivering our items. Should there be a case of disposal, it will be free of charge and out of goodwill by IsShoe Pte. Ltd. that we do not offer as a service.
Delivery Of Multiple Items
If you have ordered more than one item, you may receive the items separately, and at different delivery times, though in most cases, we will arrange for all the items to be delivered in one truck. Should the items be delivered separately, you will be informed in advance.
A backordered item is an item that is out of stock but we are still able to accept your order and process it accordingly. The delivery time however will be delayed to the point where and when the item has been restocked from manufacturing to shipping to arrival. We seek all customer’s kind understanding that once your item has been backordered, we will indent the item for you and any backorders are non-refundable unless it is a change for a different product of equivalent value or higher. In the case where it is higher, the customer will accept that he will pay the differences and no request for a free upgrade will be entertained for acceded. If your order is cancelled, we will not charge for processing the order and you will be notified within the week.
Timing for Backordered Items
Processing for backorder will take at most 1 week and shipping will take between 2-3 weeks to arrive. While these are only estimated timings, the actual time might differ based on shipping delays or clearance issues.
There will be cases for faster clearance based on the nature of the shipping. For example, smaller items that are non-sensitive products will have a faster shipping date compared to furniture that will require 7-10days(for shipping).
1st Week: Processing of backorder(1-3days on average)
2nd Week: Warehouse packing and shipment preparations.
3rd Week – 4th Week: 7-10days for shipment to arrive Singapore, 4-5 days for customs clearance and local warehouse packing.
Clearance Items(AS IS/RECONDITIONED ITEMS)
There will be strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties for items which are under clearance, AS-IS/RECONDITIONED, unless otherwise stated. The product descriptions of clearance items and AS-IS/RECONDITIONED will clearly state their defects (if any).
Changing of Delivery Dates
Changes in delivery date should be made via email to service@isShoe.sg at least 12 hours before the stipulated delivery timing. Please provide your order invoice number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent to you.
Changing of Order
Any changes to items in the order should be done via email to service@isShoe.sg at within 12 hours of ordering. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Orders of customised items cannot be changed once they are confirmed.
Cancellation of order should be done via email to email@example.com within 24 hours of ordering. Should a customer still insist to cancel their order after 24 hours, isShoe Pte Ltd will charge a 30% cancellation fee on the order and the customer will only be refunded 70% of their order. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Cancellation is not allowed for customised items after confirmation of order.
All claims for workmanship defects, shortages and errors must be made within 48 hours after receipt of the merchandise to “firstname.lastname@example.org.” Any repairs or claims must be documented in writing accompanied by photographs and sent to isShoe Customer Service. Payments will not be made for unauthorized repairs. Failure to make a claim within this period of time constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of claims. All merchandise is inspected before delivery. All merchandise are checked by the delivery team, and has been picked up in good condition. Third party shippers have sole responsibility for any damage, loss or shortages incurred during transit. Purchasers or their receiving warehouses must inspect the items upon arrival and make claims for any damage, loss or shortages directly to the carrier. isShoe Pte Ltd is not responsible for any freight related claims, but will assist the purchaser in this process. No merchandise can be returned to isShoe Pte Ltd without its written consent. Unauthorized returns will be reshipped to the location of origin freight collect. Claims resulting in lawsuits must be filed with the court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
We advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages before making payment. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defect e.g knocks, dent or cracks, inform us immediately at email@example.com. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost, except for clearance AS-IS/RECONDITIONED items.
In rare cases where the merchandise displays minor scratches and dents, the merchandise will be touched up, repaired or replaced at the discretion of IsShoe Pte Ltd.
You also have the right to reject the merchandise immediately upon delivery if the piece delivered is different from that depicted in the product description or picture you saw online.
IsShoe Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to void the warranty of a merchandise within its warranty period should the product be found to have been subjected to adverse conditions, not exclusively or limited to conditions such as bad weather, abuse, or placement of the merchandise in publicly accessible locations that causes the merchandise to be subjected to damage, intentional or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
IsShoe Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and excludes any liability from us for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by Law.
Return and Refund Policy
All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. except for the following cases:
- Defective Product Upon Arrival (In this case, an exchange will be performed to ensure that you receive the item in the working condition)
- Wrong Product Delivered (In this case, you must leave the item as it was delivered and do remove the item from the packaging or attempt to assemble the item)
All cases must be raised within 48hours upon arrival of product or it will be deemed that product has been fit-for-purpose and nothing can be raised against IsShoe Pte. Ltd.
IsShoe Pte. Ltd may charge you for additional fees during the return trip. The charges are as follow:
- Staircase delivery charges (as published on our website) should your premises be inaccessible via the lift.
- Delivery location surcharge; For returns of products to selected locations, delivery surcharges that were charged to these selected locations will not be refunded. If the returns are to be done in surchargeable locations, the surcharge will be charged again for the returns.
- Delivery timing surcharge; For deliveries after 5pm, a surcharge of $8 may apply in the case if we have to outsource our delivery personnel.
Merchandise should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. IsShoe Pte. Ltd. has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
IsShoe Pte. Ltd. will contact the customer to allocate the date and time of return. The date and time for the return pickup are subject to availability of our logistic resources. The availability of logistics resources is the determining factor for the date and time allocated by IsShoe Pte. Ltd for the return trip. IsShoe Pte. Ltd will not entertain any requests for returns made directly at our warehouse unless prior arrangements have been made with IsShoe Pte. Ltd.
ADOR Shoe Box Exchange and Return policy:
In the event whereby the customer receives a faulty Ador drop front shoe box, it has to be reported to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. This report has to be supported by a supporting image. The customer will be able to perform a
1 for 1 exchange. The customer may head down to the ISSHOE Service Centre at 31 Woodlands Close, #03-17, Singapore 757853 to perform a 1 for 1 exchange of their boxes. Appointment has to be made prior to coming down. Please note that delivery is not available for replacement pieces.
ISSHOE also reserves the right to refund any orders that fall in any of the following categories:
– Insufficient stock that are free from defects
– Orders that may be pose a threat to the product or the delivery driver
What is your Right to Reject policy?
All qualifying purchases you make on IsShoe are protected by our “Right to Reject” policy; meaning, when products are delivered to you, you are entitled to reject any products during delivery that are not up to your expectations for packaging(if it has been damaged).
Proof of Purchase
Upon successful placement of order, an order acknowledgment containing the invoice will be sent to the email address that you have provided in the online order form. We advise you to keep the email or print the invoice, as these can be used as your proof of purchase. You will also receive a hard copy of the invoice upon delivery and will be required to endorse on the invoice after merchandise has been received in good condition.
The endorsement made on the invoice if an item has been received in good condition constitutes your acknowledgement that the item received is free from any defects or is in a condition accepted by you at the point of delivery.
Our furniture comes with 3 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation and visual evidence of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, a refund or a discount code will be set for the customer to compensate for the unfortunate happening.
IsShoe Pte. Ltd. do not accept payment via cheque.
Payment for all items sold on the IsShoe Pte. Ltd. website can be made via cash upon self-collection, online with a credit/debit card via a third-party payment gateway(Stripe or Paypal).
If the payment option of “Cash Upon Self-collection” is selected, full payment by cash or cheque upon delivery will be required. Payment terms are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$) only. No foreign currencies will be accepted.
If payment by cash is not received in full upon self-collection, IsShoe Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to retain all items before full payment has been made.
